I think I’m going to move all these lists in the m3u list troypoint has the topic for free ones, that way they are in one spot.

Thank you @Miki and @Powerfader for all your work on these.

Oh my. I haven’t done much splashking. If I can help you with anything please ask and I’ll do my best. Did you ever get your login sorted? If it was the old Window’s XP I could have given you the reg route to recover your login info.
Have a very Merry Christmas

I never had any luck trying to move a app from one tv box to another, so I thought I would try my luck using one of the m3u files following Troys video. I got one going and thought I had finally accomplished something. Now I can’t find any of the channels I had in my favorites channels . No NFL, no MeTv, or anything, except a ton of channels I never saw or used before.

Not entirely sure what you mean when you mention moving an app and then using an m3u file. An m3u file is a “playlist”. Not every Playlist contains the exact same channels. You have lists for different countries with different channels, even lists like Pluto and Samsung that while they may both be from the same country will contain different channels. If you installed say TiViMate on one firestick and then installed it on another Firestick or device the configuration will not be the same until you duplicate your original setup. Same goes for favourites, you have to enter them again. @Powerfader may know a way to duplicate the setup from one device to another but I don’t think it’s possible.

There are several ways to move an app, but all of them just move the app…not your settings.

If you are using Tivimate as your iptv player. Then you can make a backup of everything (including settings) and then you can transfer that file to another device.

Unless the app in question you wish to move has the capability to store a backup. Then the best you can do is just move that app, nothing else like any pre-configured settings.

Btw, when moving your backup file in Tivimate you are not moving the app. You are just moving the backup file. You will need to have the Tivimate app installed on your new device, too. Once the backup file is moved to the new device. Then you can restore your settings in Tivimate on the new device by going to restore and selecting the backup file you moved to the new device.
