Basically you need 3 things: an emulator, a ROM, and a controller. For older games like the one you mentioned there are plenty of emulators (programs) that will run them. One of the most popular is RetroArch. You should be able to find it with a simple Google search. Next you’ll need a ROM (game file) which I can’t tell you here how to find but I’m sure you’ll figure it out. There are guides all over on how to load your ROM in RetroArch. Make sure to go through the settings to figure out how and where to save your game progress. And lastly, make sure you have a controller connected and go through the RetroArch settings to map your buttons correctly.
