Looking for older windows version of stremio

I’m looking for the 1.6.1 version of stremio for windows 11 if anyone knows where I can find it please let me know. Looking to download it on my laptop so I can configure easier. Thanks :v::sunglasses:

Went to stremio.com clicked on other versions and nothing else for windows there :thinking:

Stremio Windows versions start with the number 4. Only the Android version was once 1.6.1

You got me there. Don’t understand. An older version that is a new version? I can give you a link to version 1.6.1, but it will be for Android and not Windows. If you have Windows 11 then the current 4.4.164 version should be what you need. If that doesn’t work for some reason I can give you a link to 4.4.159 which is from 3 years ago.

I only use laptop for setting up things. I don’t like the new format that is why I have 1.6.1on my shield. Just wanted to try to get the same version for the laptop. Thanks for the effort :v::sunglasses: guess I will just have to use the new version for laptop just figured I’d ask

Yeah, you can’t put the Android version on Windows. But if you do decide you want some older Windows versions I did find 2, direct links from stremio website.

No I know apk don’t work for windows. I’ll take a look at the older ones you have thanks

They are much older, don’t know about Windows 11 compatibility. Have to try.

I thought win 11 was able to install Android apps via their APKs.

Yes you can with a few changes in the settings. It doesn’t work right out of the box. Forgot about that, thanks for the reminder.

Not sure if you still use linux but stremio is in the repos and works great. Its where I set up stremio.

Yes I already have it on there but I have a windows 11 laptop also for things I can’t do on Linux just wanted to try it trying to be diversified hahaha :laughing:

Linux is still my go to for everything mostly but I still don’t have it down completely yet :thinking:
