Link availability when a debrid service doesn't find any links

This is geared to Kodi users. I have both Real Debrid and Premiunize.me currently. I’ve always wondered when the addon scrapes for link, It may find quite a few non-debrid links but absolutely no links in RD and Prem.me. Is there a setting in the addon to use the initial non-debrid links?

This movie, of all things, did have debrid links but wanted to post a photo of the links prior to the debrid links.

That sounds backward. Are you sure you’re still logged in with your accounts within the addon tools section? Check your search settings and turn off debrid only if you want to also find regular streams floating out there on the internet. Make sure preemptive termination is off, your time limit for searching is high enough, other unnecessary filters are off, and verify cached torrents is off. If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall the addon or Kodi altogether.

It depends on the add-on you are using some require a debrid service and some also have p2p torrents.

Dang Jerry that movie is 65 years old!!! Anyway not sure I understand your question but for as long as I’ve been using Real Debrid over the various addons the Debrid links are always listed first before the non debrid links. I just tested this movie in Umbrella and was surprised to find that there were indeed RD links as a lot of times KODI doesn’t return RD links for older movies which is fine by me since I don’t watch them

This particular movie was used simply as an example. I’m certain that this movie is out of copyright protection. Similar to Troy using Night of the Living Dead as an example since it is out of protection. And I did find that this particular movie actually did have debrid options. I used the photo to display the links from non-debrid sources.

Yes I do have both RD and Premiumize active and signed into. I am an old holdout to Fen. It just works fine for my needs. And I do like to explore older movies and TV shows from time-to-time. The way I have Fen set up would only offer the debrid options even thought there were, sometimes dozens of non-debrid options displayed during the seach.

Anyhow, I followed @Jayhawks659’s (thank you!) suggestions and turned off the “cached only” setting which really changed the outcome of the link search. I just couldn’t find the “Debid only” setting to turn that off.

This was mainly a curiosity question, for me. Thank you for indulging me.
