After an update of my Fire Stick to version 7.7.0.4, I noticed a new app in my Manage Installed Applications list. I can’t seem to find much information about it. Does anyone here have any ideas?
Can you delete it? Looks like an amazon ad popup.
It’s not just you, it installed itself after an update on my mother’s firestick, had no idea what it was (nothing about it on the Internet) so I just uninstalled it. Anyone have any idea what the hell it is and what it’s for?
From what little I could find it had to do with setting up a server or improving communications with an existing server. Knowing the limited space on the Firesticks I can’t see the need for it, but then I don’t play with stuff like NAS.
Amazon fire Stick TV and cube is the devil. Look at what they are doing. Lol.
