Stay away from Layerseven, they are becoming a scam. I paid for a renewal and still don’t have tv 10 days later. I was told it would take a while because they have to do it manually, but 10 days. I contact customer no service everyday since I paid but same old story, we are working on it. there are plenty of "legit "service out there don’t lose your money like I did.
Hopefully, they will get you up and running soon. The start date should when account was actually updated and not when you submitted renewal payment.
