Im trying to download kodi 19. When i get to the drx it wont connect to network. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. My internet works on everything but this.

Try clearing the app cache and data before uninstalling. Then try downloading again. I’m not sure what drx means or why this would be an internet issue. If Kodi itself is giving you an error message that it’s not connecting to server when you launch it then you probably have a corrupted data file. Clearing the app cache and data and then installing a fresh copy should do the trick.
