I installed Kodi 19.3 and Diggz Build on my Firestick. Kodi will not open by clicking the Kodi icon. If I open Manage app and launch Kodi from there, Kodi will open.

Try checking your storage. Make sure the Fite stick has storage for this build.
You should try force close where you are launching it. Sometimes I have to that first than launch
