i have kodi 20.1with build diggi zenon when i open kodi it goes directly to the apps,i cannot access settings to add new addon,s
Any help would be appreciated

A build changes the look and it will never look like stock unless you go back to the Estuary screen. A build has many add ons already installed if you would like uninstall it and just install Kodi and a few add ons of your choice. Welcome gl2u

Best way is to install basic Kodi and put your own add-ons on, that way you have full control over it.
