I downloaded 21.3 from Kodi.TV, installed it over 21.2 and everything seems to be OK. Having said that, I never had any problems with 21.2 (or earlier versions - any problems were invariably with the add-ons).

Many here have the Ugoos AM9 and I LOVE MINE! Iāve been cheaping out for years with boxes under $100 but this AM9 is worth the $150 +/- you gotta pay. It does 64 bit too.
