Yes. Using the toolbox and downloader. Tried to load 20.2 and 20.3, neither worked. Kodi app is not showing up on my apps page after downloading. It said the download was successful as well. What do you mean re-install your build? I deleted the original 20.2 for a clean install and I probably shouldn’t have. I use Real-Debrid.

Hi Monnica, Use this handy set of instruction to set up Troy’s wonderful toolbox. Troy also shows you how to setup Downloader with a direct link to his toolbox. Oh! and welcome to the community! We are happy to have you here.

As far as setting up the skins in Kodi, watch this incredible video by our very own jayhawks. He goes over this in this tutorial.

Sharkey, did you go to where you “Allow Unknown Sources” and make sure that Kodi is checked?

Somtimes kodi will load there first an will go on homepage after you click on it

I have tried several times to use Kodi. I follow the instructions and it loads and then this is where the problem is. I have yet to see instructions on how to use Kodi. I have Cinema HD and Cyberflix and using them is simple. Why can’t someone make a video on how to use Kodi after you download it. I have seen pictures of Skins that look really great and wish I could be able to get that and use. Ok I am a senior citizen , but I am not dumb. Please help!!!

Hello:

None of the Kodi builds has been working with the Kodi 20.3. Kaveri try the Diggs, Superman, but no movies or tv show would play. I get links for Real debris. The issue started when I upgraded the Kodi 19 to the 20.

Ormalou1 I understand what you are saying . It seems to be allways about how to use Kodi but not how to set up all the settings in player settings in expert mode . like in video , playback and processing settings . That’s the real meat to get the movies to play right .

@Jayhawks659 put together an extensive KODI Video. I haven’t watched it but from what I see in comments it has been quite helpful for people here. Unfortunately I tried searching for it but can’t find it. :rofl:

That’s what I’m saying. Now I get this Wonderfox message and it wants you to install something called
Videoconvertorfactory. Why? And of course it costs money. I am trying to download Kodi to my firestick. If you come across an easier way to do this please post it.

Okay here is what I suggest for you for KODI with some optional steps

  1. Go to Troy’s Toolbox and do a Fresh Install of KODI (20.2 or 20.3) in Downloader
  2. Enable install from unknown sources
  3. Install the Build or Addons you want to use
  4. Authorize Real Debrid (or alternate premium debrid service) in ResolveURL
  5. Optional - I use Trakt TV authorize Trakt in the Addons you use
  6. Please review the comprehensive KODI video @Miki linked to just above. A lot of the details in these steps are covered there

I know how to install Kodi, but now what. I don’t know how to install or use Add ons or builds. What are your suggestions?
