I have been a reseller for 4 years. I ran out of credits yesterday and tried to make a purchase of additional credits. The portal seems to be down or unavailable. The service works fine but no way to pay. Any advice or knowledge of what happened?
Well, you got your panel from a reseller. That reseller either has the portal down, or has closed up shop.
I believe it was the original Kemosat.com. I am aware of imposters and websites that redirect this was not the case. Are you directly knowledgeable of Kemosat? Are you a reseller?
Fairly knowledgable it was my first IPTV service my main reseller had me on way back when. I’m not a reseller but I collect public panels for dispatcharr and other fun games.
I spoke to a couple other people that I know deal in Kemo and they’re fine so it sounds like something is up with your reseller.
