Issues related to do not disturb mode on a Galaxy tablet

On a Galaxy light tab 7 I had a wyze camera that quit giving me alert notifications when I had it on do not disturb for at night when I sleep. It would give me an alert when it was off do not disturb but not when it was on it . Reloaded the app resigned in did not help. Signed out of my Samsung account since they don’t carry the app, did not help. But I noticed at the wise app did not show on the apps list anymore. So I made an alert come through the tablet so it would recognize it. Finally I noticed the do not disturb section was different than what I remember before. After a couple working with the the alerts and messing with settings I finally got the wise app to be recognized on the do not disturb mode and now it works. I guess what happened is my tablet went through an update and they changed the way the app is recognize in the do not disturb mode and I had to rework the app and system so it would recognize it. What a pain in the neck!

Theres a couple apps I use to control notification sounds on my tablets. I usually use Speaki and if that gives me probs I use Shouter. Both have Do not disturb built in.

Oh that’s kind of cool, my tablet is a Samsung tablet and I’m trying to run Google Chrome through it with other Google apps and it gets very confusing having two accounts on it. I believe that was my problem with the wyze app.

Ive got 6 security cams and notifications are all off otherwise it would drive me crazy. 2 cats and a possum make many visits per day(possom at night). Then the occasional wasp that trys attacking the camera as if is the enemy.

Yeah the first time I set it up at 100% sensitivity and woke me up two three times at night dogs and cats. I set it at 70% and only picks up people. Works good for $30 camera. One time the tablet changed all my icons on the apps from Google color to Samsung color. I had to do a factory reset getting back to the Google color.
