I did the Alibaba thing and the guide was missing. I contacted them again and they sent me a new login and 99% of the guide showed up They then sent me a permanent login and all is welll. I would try to contact them with your complaint.
i use tvi mate as troy showed make sure you load to m3u it works perfectly
Everything working good but i just notice when i go into setting and try the playlist its lock to unlock it do i need to pay ..i dont want change anything but is this a free trial then you pay?

I love the tvapp on my phone so i wanted to put this on my firestick as a backup. Unfortunately im using iptvsmarters pro, and all i get on the sd channels is sound and a spinning buffer wheel. I never get a picture on the sd channels at all. Any suggestions?

I installed it the day TP posted the video. It works perfect. No, no free HD. You can apparently buy up but the prices are rather high for 350 channels. I am using it as a back up to the $30/ year alibaba service. The alibaba service had been working for 1.5 years flawlessly.

Max, try downloading XCIPTV from Troypoint toolbox go to settings on bottom right of screen and enter log info of M3U and it works great. Think you’ll like XCIPTV better.
I tried putting in the m3u in the xciptv but it asks me for a username and password. How do you bypass that?
You simply IGNORE those inputs. Enter the URL then enter! Make sure you are on the m3u screen which you get to via settings tab.
As of 4/1/25 it seems that it won’t process new installations. The m3u URL is not recognized. Tried using TiviMate and XCIPTV Players. Existing installs still work as before (SD not bad, HD hit & Miss).

Tvmate loads the epg just fine but when i use xciptv.. no epg. any suggestions? Am i missing a step? I want to use xciptv because the free version lets you do the split screen thing, whereas tvmate, you have to have the full paid version. I am also open to suggestions of different players that would do the split screen thing and have epg
