Where is the apk link? and is this a simple install?
I believe CineB is a site not an app. My bad looks like both.
Got it!..but what is the site url? My initial search revealed it is an apk but I didn’t download because I wasn’t familiar with the site that offered it.
Put CineB in your Browser, enter, and the site will show in the list.
There ya go 2 options. Site or App.

The official site, CineB.net redirects to the ACE website. It’s gone, unless someone else picks it up.

Copycat or different domain sites have numerous ones. Either way it’s been kept alive and it works.

There is an apk called apktime its a bit like android market kinda thing and it has lots of good apps for free from television movies and music everything really has filmplus cinemahd and cine can download it to firestick or phone straight from Google for phone and firestick not sure if available on the store maybe need downloader app but can find out on Google how to get it also am sure troypoint has a tutorial somewhere on his website
