Has anyone had any experience (good or bad) with this IPTV service? I was impressed with their web advertisement (50k TV channels - 150k VOD titles), so I requested a free trial (24 hours). After waiting two (2) days for credentials, I reached out to them via Telegram. Within a few minutes, I received a response and after 30 minutes, I received an email with logon credentials. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to set it up upon receipt, but I did try later that evening - the result: the logon stated that the details were incorrect. I made multiple attempts, verifying the typed in credentials after each attempt. Once again, I tried to contact them via Telegram - the response: crickets! I am still waiting for an answer. Anybody else had any experience?
Forget Realm and try someone else.
Try Amber Baby’s offerings. Great selection, price and service. Free trial on any of the services she offers.
waiting for an answer is NOT a good indication of someone that i will be giving my $$ to…., and they “ALL” advertize tens of thousands of channels….just saying….do they have the channels you want to watch, are they reliable, and reasonable on price ? so far thatz no, no and no….
Hydrogen has been a solid choice for me over the last couple of weeks. $10.99 per month and 5 connections. Includes catch up and VOD.
Amber Baby works great but also seems to take awhile for her to get back to you because of time difference. No buffering but EPG doesn’t work on local channels
Is that the direct link to Hydrogen?
Takes a couple of steps but try this instead.
To all that have responded, I appreciate your comments.
In all fairness to RealmTV, I discovered that my router was blocking the connection to their server(s), but it is difficult to resolve an issue there is no response from a vendor…. plus, 24 hours is not much of a “trial period”.
I eventually tried Amber Baby, received an immediate response, and that service is absolutely AWESOME! Out of the box, I had over 50,000 channels from all over the world! Since English is the only language I speak and understand, I requested a change to “English language countries only”, but I still had over 16,000 channels. The best points? Only 36 bucks for a year and absolutely no buffering! All I need to do now is determine which player I am most happy with. Any suggestions?
Thanks again!
Great, glad it worked out. I need at least 4 connections, so that’s a reason why Hydrogen works for me. With 5 connections at $11 per month, I’m happy.
As for a player, I use Tivimate but I have used iMPlayer as well. Sparkle holds its own too.
