I have a house upstate NY in rural area.
I pay $82.79 for 25Mps,the max available.
I get buffering using IPTV,bee, cinema etc.
But do not get buffering while using Netflix and Amazon video.
I’m of the opinion it’s the quality of stream along with low speed internet.
What happened to upgrading rural area internet???

Netflix and Amazon have more servers with top line tech and focus on keeping the load down to allow for less buffering. Unverified IPTV services can’t afford to have as many servers and often suffer from overloaded servers that are older and don’t have the best tech.
Everyone has one so I’ll give ya mine… ya don’t need anymore than 25-30Mbps.
In my own opinion I updated to 100mps and never once regeted it.
It’s the quality of the equipment being used by the provider and to a much lesser degree, the subscriber.
If all the unverified services had the same quality of equipment. Then the subscribers could all get by with much slower speeds and less costly equipment.
I use IP Vanish in Peru to watch U.S prime channels and have been trying different server locations from U.S on ISP and currently using Miami location with less buffering issues than i previous had especially with local servers here which are terrible. I also routinely clear caches and reboot my firestick device perhaps weekly when i remember but so far pretty good with 100mbp speed from internet provider. I agree it does sometimes depend on content of provider but i think also i keep restriction rules, legalities of each country for server usage where there is a difference and believe that might be a reason for some of the issues with connectivity per programs. That’s just my conclusion so far
Plus tv only handles ethernet speed of 10/100 so the very most your tv can handle is 100mbs,regardless of the internet speed you subscribe to until the tv manufacturer upgrades yo gigabyte speeds all you can do is limit the devices using the internet at the same time and clear all cache frequently
Are you saying I’m limited to 100MB? NO I’m not because I’m using an Android Box over wifi and I get close to 400MB. Has nothing to do with my TV
I agree with @MarkxG . As a matter of fact I haven’t t even set up internet on my TV. I use my Shield Pro and the TV is pretty much just a big monitor for it.
To be fair, alandawson was talking about Ethernet on TV and that is limited to the device hardware.

Is your android box attached to your tv then wifi has nothing to do with it, the speed is determined by the nic card in the device tv nic cards are 10/100 therefore 100mb is the limit.the number of devices using the wifi and isp limits will further reduce the speed
I have no idea what you are saying. Years ago Ethernet was the way to go because WiFi speeds were limited. You are 100% wrong here. I am using Fiber Wifi NOT Ethernet on my android box and get almost 400MB speed. Wifi doesn’t care about any NIC cards and my ISP certainly doesn’t reduce my speed. Please stop with this nonsense
Maybe you should educate yourself.

Okay there may be some confusion here. Are you assuming I’m using an Ethernet Port for my streaming? And if that Ethernet NIC was 10/100 then yes I would agree with you. But I am using Fiber Wifi and I get almost 400MB Speed. NOTHING on my TV is limiting me to 100MB nor is my ISP (AT&T Fiber) reducing my Speed. Ever heard of the Analiti App? You are the one that needs to stop with this nonsense
i am so excited because i live in the boonies and for the last 25 yrs was only able to get 20mb dsl, and wifi at house has always been a problem now new company have ran fiber cable and i signed up with them for 1 gig i know it is a over kill but i will get it for 2yrs for 59.95 a month that is what i am paying for right now for 20 mb dsl after 2yrs will drop speed probable to 300 mb i cant wait coming in a week to install
Android box would be connected to tv with hdmi cable therefore the wifi hardware on the android box determines the connection to the router.
My case - Formuler Z8 pro has wifi hardware 1GB but lan port 10/100MB
Are you using 2.4 ghz or 5.0 sometimes switching helps buffering,a lot more traffic on 2.4, also wifi 6 handles higher dl speeds alot better if you have a compatable router.
