Can you help me please i lost my debit card a fortnight ago and have now recieved a new one, my ipvanish account ran out today i put the new details in, but it says payment has not cleared, i am lost don’t know how to fix the problem

you should be able to start a chat with them and i am sure they can help you i always chat with them to get a better price when i needed to reup

Uninstall and reinstall. I’ve done it several times. There’s only a few things in the settings you need to configure again. Doesn’t take long.

I have done a chat with them yesterday it is back on and they will attempt payment again on Wednesday thank you all for your ideas lets see if this works

After following your instructions and helpfull comment i now know how simple it is now thanks it took me a few goes but i am there now
