I’m interested in purchasing the Asus 3100 router for an IPvanish install. Thanks Troy for putting up the necessary instructions. My question is after looking at the specs for this router on the Asus website, it does not say its compatible with Windows 11. Some of their other offerings do. Is this router future compatible with the rest of my system? I purchased a high end laptop back in 2017, and it will be obsolete by 2025 when windows drops support for Windows 10. It will not support Windows 11.

Unless you are already all set on the 3100 I would suggest upgrading to an “ax” router for the sake of future proofing. Nothing wrong with the 3100 tho and the router will work on any operating system.
