So I tried a free trial and everything worked good. So I purchased 3 months. Now nothing works. The provider sent me 2 other servers to try but no improvement.I’m thinking there is a decent server for trials but not so decent otherwise. Not a big deal, but just a warning about free trials may not be so great.
I had this happen with a provider once. All looked wonderful during trial. I purchased and quality dropped off, … off went an email with harsh criticism of their product tricking customers…and with nothing to loose…they turned my quality back up and it stayed there.
Reality is, most IPTV services are hit and miss. It’s a sure bet there were some great ‘Premium’ channels in there for you to take advantage of at a very low price
After doing about 20 trials I recently took the punt and subscribed to an IPTV service. I knew there would be some issues, it’s the nature of the industry. What I don’t appreciate is that when the service becomes pretty un-usable and you ask for support, they communicate with you in the first instance and then just ignore you. We get what we paid for I guess
I’ve heard of some providers just locking some users out if they can’t be bothered trying to resolve your issues. They have you money and every single one of them have a no refund policy.
Without mentioning or naming services, it would be interesting to know if anyone has had a reliable service that they have stuck with for more that 12months?
There are horror stories even with services that have the proper licensing. You can never truly eliminate all buffering. It’s the nature of the beast, from sun spots to hurricanes there will always be infrastructure issues, resulting in buffering. I have discord as one site I tested had their support on there, but I preferred asking my peers, on Troypoint, what their experiences with specific providers has been like, as I have come to know, and trust, a number of them, and that helps me feel better about my choices and gives me real time responses. It isn’t like I’m buying, or searching for, an IPTV service daily.
That’s why I became a patron and paid the 20 bucks. Try to get as much information as possible on IPTV services. The only problem is some of these are the bread and butter of members so you won’t always get all the information that you request or need but I respect that.
I got my paid service by reading comments in the locked IPTV category, and it has been great for me. Spent many months doing free, but there has been a loss of reliability in recent weeks. There certainly are a number of good free services like Samsung+ as an example, but they never seem to have exactly the channels I want. So I’ve come to realize free means you can’t be fussy about what you get and I am a fussy old man. So a paid service it is.
I’ve complained about 3 times and today the service seems to be fine. Will see what happens. I should mention I do have another service that works good.
Removed content, named IPTV services by mistake
Ooops. I realized I can’t move individual posts. Any chance you could remove the names please.
I have stuck with one for quite a long time definitely over a year now. I have tried others due to lower price… Never again
Please everyone watch the iptv provider names openly, patrons have your spot.
