Hi, newbie here. I have a mekool 10 box and have Iptv smarters pro. Every time I try to update I get the spinning wheel saying please wait or try again…
This has been happening over the last few weeks. Reinstalled the program to no avail…

So, just to clarify, you are trying to update the IPTV playlist or EPG in Smarters and it just spins? Or you are trying to update the Smarters app itself?
I was trying to update the IPTV app….
Actually it automatically tries to update when I change a TV channel….
Trying a clean install of the Android bo and the IPTV Smarters app now. Smarters is giving invalid details when trying to log on.
Triple checked my login credentials, all is good….
Copy and paste your credentials if at all possible. These things have to be 110% perfect.
Switch to Tivimate. Far superior.
Yes, and that too lol. Even the free Tivimate version better than Smarters.
I just tried IPTV Smarters pro on my mecool km7 box and it played fine. But I use Tivimate like it better
