IPTV Smarters always says Invalid Details

We’ll see…it almost sounds like you have to jailbreak that gateway to play “unverified” streaming services. Supposedly, it’s something related to the firewall security. If that is the problem…I wonder why it hasn’t come up before…as AT&T fiber/gateways have been around for quite some time.

Have you tried logging into your AT&T account and clicking on “Smart Home Manager”?

Click on “Message Center” and it should show you a list of “Website Blocked”. Look for your IPTV URL and click “Allow Access”.

Go back to the “Smart Home Manager” and click on “AT&T Internet security”. You should see “Security exceptions”. Click on that and it should show your IPTV URL as a Security exception.

My AT&T Services seems to block any URL that is “http” vs “https”. If your IPTV URL is “http”, that may be what is triggering it.

You’ve obviously been there…seen that…I suggested the same to him in a PM…if it fixed your problem, then it’ll hopefully fix his sisters’…
