I just got some fire sticks for a friend set them with the usual stuff and also an iptv service. Well everything worked fine at my house, then took them to his house, did all the password and internet stuff and for some reason the iptv account through Smarters won’t load. Help!!! Thank you finn

Question? Is the IPTV service you purchased locked? If it is a locked subscription then it only works at the original IP address. The subscription purchase info should show the info.

Different ISP? Could be the ISP is blocking also. Try with a VPN and without one

try with vpn to see if ISP is blocking. Then ask provider if IP locked.

I had a similar problem. I changed my SurfShark server to another country and it worked fine.
