I have the new 4k max 2nd gen fire stick. When using the multi-screen option with my IPTV service I can load 3 chs, but when the 4th ch loads all the screens freeze and my remote freezes too. Does anyone have this problem?
lot of problems at the moment amazon will prob fix them soon

Do you have a 4 connection sub or just 3?
I have a 5 connection sub
As long as your download speed is sufficient to support 4 connections I have no idea why the 4th screen would not work sorry.

Yup I got that. I’ve just never come across an issue like that. What app? Just your player, don’t name the service.
SMARTERS app. The 4 ch multi-screen works fine on my other devices while using the same app.
I’m getting the same using Tivimate, I’m sure there working on a fix.
