IPTV EPG on TIVIMATE (Full vers.), Smarters, and others not showing what's on

Is there a trick to getting the IPTV EPG to show the shows playing and upcoming. I use the extreme m3u set up when loading my serivce providers info and I have used several diff. companies, but they all either work for a week maybe or just dont give you a clear schedule of shows past that. Am I missing something? I haven’t called the service providers because this seems to either be an operator problem (myself) or a iptv player issue. Not really sure but to record shows/movies in the near distant future this is almost a must. Any help would be much apprieciated.

I haven’t found any providers that provide a “future” EPG past a couple of days. Daily shows rarely change so doesn’t seem to affect my recordings and for sports I have several on line TV guides that I use to program a future recording if needed.

I gotcha I was hoping there was a better way to keep the EPG updated but I get it. Thanks

If you want EPG beyond 24 hours there are paid options out there.
