How many have there tv guide appears for only 12 hours and then No Information When contacting IPTV providers all I get is we are aware of the problem and we are working on it which I know is Bologna is there any other solution.
My iptv’s provider has the same problem they fixed it in a couple days.
All mine are 24 hours.

Same here, all of mine, as far as I can tell, go for about 24 hours, and that’s it. Not sure if there’s anybody that does that much more in advance than that.
mine been saying that a few weeks and they are in the top 10 providers
No after 12 hours of the guide working, it stops after 12 hours and I receive no information not asking for 24 hours in advance.
Mine go from 8:00 a.m. in the morning to 4:00 p.m. the following day.

Unfortunately, if your provider isn’t willing to update the epg and provide you a fresh one every so many hours which you can set in your E. P. G sources for how often it updates. There’s not much you can do about it. I mean, a lot of the guide is solely dependent upon the e p g of your provider.

Just add a bunch of epgs and assign them to your playlist. Then you can even prioritize them how you want. I have 24 separate epgs and all are assigned to every playlist I have.

sounds like a provider I used to have, my sloution was to drop them.
Yep some are fairly inadequate when it comes to the epg.The two I currently use have outstanding epgs.

I have no clue on how to do what you are saying I am using Buzztv app guide built into the box.
Does the Buss have a place to input urls? If so, then you can add epg urls. You can find many right here in the Insider using the search 
function
I could not find it inside the app
I tried downloading that App to my Shield to see what’s up in setting. Unfortunately, it seems the BuzzTV live app is not working or is not compatible with my Shield.
I tried downloading the apk from a 3rd party source (APKPure) and it still would not get past the splash screen.
I am now reading some postings on STBTALK which I believe is the BuzzTV official forum. Anyway, this one poster stated that the app does not allow for adding additional epgs and assigning them to other playlists, but not sure.
The attachment is from the mod of the BuzzTV forum. It looks as though the ability to add and assign epgs using the BuzzTV app does not exist yet? However, this post is a year old, but judging from your issue. The BuzzTV team has not yet coded this update at present.
I would say to download Tivimate Premium and use that app, but it seems the proprietary BuzzTV app may cause remote control features issues with Tivimate app.
Personally, I don’t like being forced to use apps and especially players. I would go ahead and download Tivimate and see. If it works then your issue is resolved. If the Box won’t play nice with a 3rd party player and you want to stay with that box. Then you are apparently stuck with no ability to add and assign additional epgs.
I recently acquired a Buzz box but haven’t had the time to mess with it yet. So, when I do fire that thing up. Its player better rock my world or allow me to install and use Tivimate, or that will be it for that bax as far as I am concerned.

Thanks for going that extra mile I like the 4900 box much better than the U5 box I have Tivimate but not loaded anymore on my boxes remote and Tivimate don’t like each other not impress with Buzz help or boxes Bought a remote the battery had two positive on the same side it was a hassle from them to send me a new remote sent pic wasn’t good enough had to send a video finally after 3 weeks they sent the remote.

and type in “Free EPG Sources” and search and read. It’s the easiest way.
Free EPG will still be maybe 24 hours.
You should try EPG.best at $13 a year and 100 channels and a weeks guide at every update. It’s a learning curve but it is functional. There are other choices for third party EPG also.
Every provider have tried (over 20) have only 24 hours guides. Have no idea why they falsify what EPG they have. But it’s the nature of the providers. At $15 to $25 for a provider per month you would think they would have this nailed down. But no.
