@Miki. ! I did not know that! Thanks for correcting my misinformation!
Hey itās all good. It takes years to learn even a small amount, and then tech changes and you have to learn all over. Youāve come a long way since you first started. Itās our Canadian Thanksgiving
here and I give thanks that I still have my senses and can help, even in any small way. I also give thanks to all those here who do likewise. Have a wonderful day.
Happy Thanksgiving! I lose track living in Texas for so long!
I know thereās a little off the subject I didnāt want to start a new topic, my surf shark VPN updated it and both my fire stick and my shield Pro went nuts locked up on me have reboot him several times now they will not get an IPTV feed through the VPN, VPN off get feed VPN on no feed. Somethingās up with a new update on surfshark. Iāll fill you in if I can get it fixed.
I think @denadavidson99 posted a reply from SS stating they were having issues.
Recently, after the newest version, the Surfshark application on the Firestick device tends to crash or simply not work.
We are investigating the cause of this issue.
In the mean time, would it be possible to send us the diagnostics so we could analyze the issue?
It looks like the SS is not the culprit here. My IPTV provider told me that heās another playlist the one everybody sells the KY iptv.com. I guess the one they use they have an issues with it. So it took me 3 hours to change my playlist and get all my favorites back on and it seems to be working fine now. This is all my 4K Maxx. Now I got to do this all over again on my shield Pro. What a pain.
for the loop problem i would have logged in the tivimage app on phone and remove it from prem5 then turn on firestick⦠uninstall KS then turn back on premium for tivimate⦠all channels would have been remembered in playlists
I guess that makes me understand a little with my Fire Cube thought it was going and itās only 2 years old. Similar issues with Trivimate, SS and rebooting. I have Xtreme for IPTV
It turned out to be caused by Surf Shark. you may want to send them diagnostics.
Thanks I will
