Unfortunately, we will not be much help with your issue. We can give you tips on entering the credentials, i.e. copy and paste them when possible, double, triple check to make sure it hasn’t auto-corrected, etc. But ultimately you will need to contact the provider if you are sure what you entered is correct. They will be able to help you.
What device and player do you have?
take my word for it you probably made a mistake somewhere, every time it’s happened to me it was my fault. It can be maddening.
Make sure that you installed the latest version of their player/app. Generally, they provide you with a link to download their player.
Also, pay close attention to characters in your log in credentials that may easily get mistaken (e.g. O/0/D, L/l/1, 5/S, etc).
Double check to make sure you didn’t flop your user name and password.
Much of this sound trivial, but it’s surprisingly easy to happen. There are a few services that take a small bit of time to have your login updated in their activation system. Not many, but a few in the past. That would have been noted in your confirmation email.
