I think we care confusing this.

Cable line (coaxe) is brought into your home for internet or cable (tv) its used for voth, cant get rid of your cable line you need it. Unless fiber is an option.

So im not sure what your asking, but if you have tv and want it gone for just internet you call your isp, you still need the cable line.

@Vladone

As posted above, you would need a mobile network or satellite. It depends on your area and whats available.

I’ve been using T-Mobile Internet Gateway made by Nokia for over a year now. Costs USD $50 a month. Reliably gets download speed 300+ Mbs or better. Max upload speed seems to be around 20 Mbs. I literally cut the cable physically from the house.

Pretty impressive speeds & cost…guessing you’re real close to a tower if you’re getting 300Mpbs…
Exactly what I pay for & get from Comcast.:+1: but I’m still attached to the cord :roll_eyes:

Can you hardwire your devices thru their gateway?

You can get internet without cable/fiber/DSL over your cellphone (using it as a hotspot), Be aware however, that cell companies will slow you “unlimited” data down to a crawl after you use up a certain amount of data every month.

Yes. Two RJ45 ports on provided modem/router

up here in snow country Rodgers handle the local cable system, I tried to go just internet but the price for just internet alone was much higher than their bundled package of tv, internet and phone. doesn’t make much sense does it.
