hello tried to add pictures not sure if it will work i have added a new android box a zidoo X9S set it up with the internet typed in to add your downloader and getting error? can you please offer any advice?

If using a VPN, try disabling it and see if that helps you get it.
I tested it on my shield and it downloaded just fine with my ProtonVPN on.
i dont use vpn i have another android box downstairs its fine on that one?
Have you allowed the app you’re using, the “install” permission? That’s about all I can think of.
