Can Real-Debrid be installed on Tivimate? If so, where can I find the instructions to do so?

nope. Tivimate is for iptv and real debrid is for VOD

As @TXRon mentioned you can’t configures RD in Tivimate.
But if you don’t have RD account yet TP manual will show you how to sign up and used on Firestick, and kodi add-ons.
I’m definately not a kodi guy, but TiViMate for live TV playlists is far superior IMHO. So as @TXRon said, TiViMate does not need Real Debrid, even though there are options for “movies” as it links to “live” channel feeds and not one specific server like RD. For my RD sources I use “Stremio” to get VOD Movies and TV series.
