The error message reads “not available” for:
-inputstream.ffmpegdirect
-inputstream.adaptive
The fix appears to be available within Kodi, but I don’t understand what to do.
Help please!!?

Sounds like a linux requirement or package is missing. UbuntuUpdates - Package "kodi-inputstream-ffmpegdirect" (focal 20.04). <<<thats for ubuntu. If you have another distro just google search linux kodi inputstream.ffmpegdirect -inputstream.adaptive
Thank-you!
I’m running Linux Mint which is based upon Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. One of the scripts that you linked me to will most likely work.
Upon further review, I might have to install input-stream adaptive, also.
I’ve gotta bump this, so I get an extra few days. I haven’t had a chance to try TXR’s suggestion.
Sorry I couldnt test it for you. I do have mint installed on another partition I just rarely go there. I use mostly my manjaro which is arch based.
I will have to do it i the morning…crap happens which takes priority…
