The m3u I have no longer works and have deleted the m3u and epg urls, but you can still use the website to access, and it works fine.

To make accessing the website more easily I made an app so it will appear on my app page and home screen.

I would be interested in these playlists for local channels ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX.

Finding specific ‘Local’ network channels will be very difficult unless you subscribe to an IPTV service. Most of the major networks an IPTV will use are from the east coast and west coast.

A decent iptv service will have tons of local channels. I even find my local ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX affiliates here in the hills of NE Tennessee.

How do I download an m3u list using downloaded?

Not sure what you are trying to do @RickPsz but the vast majority of users do not have a need to download an m3u or m3u8 playlist. What you need to do is enter the playlist URL along with your user name and password if you got the m3u from a supplier. If it’s free then you will have to add the m3u url as well as the epg url. M3U8 has both the playlist and the epg built in. These things get entered in the settings for your IPTV player.

Using your link above to GitHub - the idea would be to save the link as a file - so right click would save it as playlist.m3u8.

Shayde is talking about using downloader to do this from his post Aug 2023, then use Tivimate to use downloaded playlist file.

Your advice to RickPsz is correct - just enter the url, as this is free - no username / password

I guess RickPsz read this old post from Aug 2023
