Moving forward, you must be a Patron to create new Topics. Everyone can still see and reply to existing topics.
#2 is being put into place as an additional effort to stop duplicate topics. We’ve mentioned this many times before but nothing we say fixes this problem. This site is old enough now where very few new topics should be created as they already exist…or something very similar.
And no you don’t need to become a Patron to participate in the discussions. You can do a search for your topic and add your question or comments in the form of a reply to the existing Topic. Like I said earlier, everyone can still see and reply to existing topics.
