We cut the cord for over a year now and I consider myself a beginner in cord cutting. We have IMplayer and I have heard so much about Tivimate. Which is the better of the 2
Looks like they’re very similar. Maybe just a little different interface otherwise a very good player. Doesn’t look like you can go wrong with either one. Identical in price also. $30 for five devices lifetime. Looks like it all comes down to personal preference.

I subscribe to tivimate,and really like it.I tried a free trial of implayer,it had some how shall I say it…prettier guides and aesthetics,but I prefer the overall functionality of tivimate by leaps and bounds.

I think it is cool that there are multiple IPTV players now that are rising towards Tivimate. Some with a newer, fresher look than Tivimate. I still feel that Tivimate wins as being the whole package, but some of these are closing the gap.

It kinda like everything else we buy people have their preferences. The streaming world is always changing with new services all the time it seems like. One day. Some service will probably surpass tivimste and IMplayer. It’s also what we get use to. We have been using IMplayer and have grown accustom to it. I will keep an open mind and give tivimate a go. Maybe it will be better. Another thing I’m thinking about it wouldn’t hurt to have both as sometimes there are issues where it’s doesn’t play like it should and to have a backup would be nice
If you have a big family or have lot’s of friends you’ll run out of connections anyways might as well have 2 subs to 2 different players!

Am liking IMPLAYER and it’s updates.
If you get a chance try Sparkle sometime.
I tried sparkle didn’t care for it. It’s more difficult to try to get a recording started then TV mate.
depends on what you like tivimate is overall more popular. people are obsessed with it.

I wonder why tivimate premium doesn’t have EPG do you know?
Tivimate is just a media player. It has no impact on your EPG. The EPG is controlled by your IPTV provider. Make sure in your playlist settings that you have the correct URL entered for the EPG. Sometimes it’s the same as the playlist and sometimes it’s separate. You’d have to find out from your provider.

Did you install a m3u or and extreme code? If you installed an m3u. Then you need to install the epg your iptv service sent you along with your m3u.
