DAO either of these support keeping track of what you watched across different devices? For instance if I’m watching a series on one device can I pick that up on the other device? Like Traxt?

Tivimate is for live TV. Trakt is for VOD. Can’t keep track of live TV, only VOD. So if you want to keep track of VOD use an app like Kodi or Stremio and integrate your Trakt account in them.
