I believe itās because I didnāt āallow device to access your photosā recently and now Sparkle wont schedule a recording (āfailed to schedule recordingā, and Iāve looked at every setting in the app as well as the Onn 4k app permissions and donāt see where to change it?

Hereās an idea, although it may not be appreciated.
Uninstall, run a cleaner, reboot and reinstall Sparkle. This is what I would do.
Watch the Troy video and take your time on the set up.
Properly configured, Sparkle works smoothly.

You didnāt mention what specific problem you were having, so no idea whats happening on your end.
Why do you like it over Tivimate? You mentioned why Tivimate is better but not why Sparkle premium is better. Thank yoU!
The only thing Sparkle does better than Tivimate in my opinion is Timeshift. It is a feature that isnāt available with Tivimate, or at least I donāt believe it is yet. Hopeful it is added in a future update.
Good point Miki. Many trust the recording in Sparkle more than Tivimate, even though I feel like either records just fine.
Thanks for that information. I have a big problem with TiviMate recordings. What are the recording issues? My issue is that the video pauses while the last 10 seconds of audio plays back and then the video and audio continue together.
slight buffering with your provider? tivimate is known for that while sparkle is not

I have had Sparkle for quite awhile but never use it. Curious why everyone thinks TM has gone down hill? Not a big fan of how Sparkle works for me. I guess if I use a button program it would mimic Tm. I just havenāt taken the time to really work with Sparkel. Not into recordings or catchup
Iāve been playing with Sparkle trying to force myself to like it as much as Tivimate and I just DONāT. Tivimate is the best Iāve fiddled with in my limited experience. I need to pay for lifetime and just quit goofing around with all the new and glitzy ones that come along.
