I Love Football 🤣

I’m a Big 10 guy and HATE the SEC. Thrilled to see Bama epically fail!

Big SEC fan living in the LongHorn city (though not from here) Arch and the Horns had a rough game at the Horeshoe yesterday

And they used to make fun of Philadelphia Eagles fans for throwing snow balls at santa clause…

Stay classy Bama fans lol

I graduated from THEE Ohio State and very much enjoyed the win yesterday. They may well meet again in the playoffs. At least it quieted the Arch Manning hype for the weekend.

Go Mizzou !!

Now that is hilarious!!

O-H…..

I-O :american_football: !

There is a story in The Athletic today about some rough estimates of how much it would cost someone to watch the NFL from September - February. So happy to have The insider where us sports fanatics pay just a fraction of what most do

“Lots of talk about how challenging and expensive it is to watch sports these days. Here’s a quick back-of-the-envelope calculation for NFL viewing from September through February for a menu that includes all in-market games and the national games (but not Sunday Ticket):

• Cable/Satellite/multi-channel streaming: $90/month average (x 6 months) = $540

(That will get you in-market games for CBS and Fox, plus all but one Sunday night on NBC, all Monday nights on ESPN, international games on NFL Network and the Super Bowl.)

• Amazon Prime Video for Thursday night games: $15/month (x 5 months) = $75

• Netflix on Christmas: $8 for December

• Peacock for its one exclusive Sunday night game: $8

• Splurge: RedZone: $11/month (as YouTube TV add-on) x 5 months = $55

Total: $631 (without Red Zone), $686 (with Red Zone)”

I -O. GO Browns too!

Looks like Bill Belichicks gal pal has entered the transfer portal lol

Unfortunately, been a Browns fan my whole life too. I know, painful LOL. At least I have the Buckeyes haha.

O H :chestnut:!!! And Black and Gold.

UGH !!! With ESPN’s recent purchase of the Red Zone from the NFL this was inevitable. But so soon. Commercials are coming to Red Zone. This is terrible! Snippets from The Athletic on this

“Every Sunday during the NFL regular season, host Scott Hanson welcomed “NFL RedZone” viewers with a growling catch phrase: “Seven hours of commercial-free football starts now!”

Hanson’s sign-on and the broadcast will be noticeably different this coming Sunday, when RedZone will feature commercials in some capacity, Hanson confirmed during an appearance on the “Pat McAfee Show.”

“When you see me come on the air,” Hanson said, “we’re gonna hit the Octobox. We’ve got eight games in the early window, taking you around to all the different cities.

“And then when we get into it ‘Ladies and Gentlemen, it’s been more than 250 days since the first full NFL Sunday but we are back! And seven hours of RedZone football starts now.'”

In its new 2025 “commercial-free” iteration, the show will include a limited number of ads, displayed as half of a “double-box” format — familiar to RedZone viewers — with the ad in one box and a game in the other. The audio heard will be the ad.

The broadcast has featured ad elements before and experimented with commercials last season, a move that spurred viewers to complain directly to Hanson.

Hanson told McAfee that he’s “just the host.”

“The business folks handle the business and I have no say over different elements that could or could not be in the show,” Hanson said.

How can I get live football games on firestick?

Looks like Buckeye Nation is taking over Troypoint

Hope this helps. I found it in the Search Bar.
