I have 2 different tv services running on tomato. Neither one is working. i get dat source exception error on both. Any suggestions?

Iā€™m assuming your service provider has a support/ticketing system? Have you contacted them about the issues you are having?

Try with and without the VPN. Also try different VPN locations (at least in and out of the US).
