Can someone please explain to me how to find and download DOWNLODER on my Android TV BOX ? I have tried buying it on Amazon but wont show up…
I have also tried to search for it in Chrome and cannot find a download site or app…i am a little more than a beginner…i do have it on one of my Android phones, thank you !
Hello @lardecash Sounds like your box isn’t true Android TV. They are using the same app store as phones and tablets that doesn’t include Downloader. Here is a tutorial on how to install Downloader through your browser on your device.

You can send apps from your phone to your device using the Send Anywhere app. YOU WILL NEED THE APP ON YOUR PHONE AND ON YOUR DEVICE> It’s very easy to do and free. It’s a good app to have on all your devices. Easy to use, and it comes in handy a lot.

Hey PF. The “send anywhere app” doesn’t appear to be in the App store. Do you have a “safe” place you get it from? I just want to be sure I get the same one you have. I got it on my phone from the playstore 22.11.14 is the version on my phone by rakuten symphony. lol.

All good tx amigo. I just wasn’t sure on the dev and wanted to make sure I wasn’t grabbing some rogue apk.

Try typing in Downloader APK Pure on your web browser. That should give you access to the current apk to download on your device. Both of my devices are open android 9.0 and downloading was a snap.
I just checked on my Samsung 8+ phone and the app appears in the Play Store and it is also available in the Play Store on my devices.

Oh no, I got it on my phone, I wanted to install it on the Max and it isn’t in the Amazon App Store, just the google playstore. I got it installed on the max using apk pure. TX PF. Doesn’t work well on FireTV.

Thanks. I know. That was part of the issue. The onn would not open the play store.
The latest versions of android tv seems to make it more difficult to find the play store and that makes just no sense but google does that well 
… I just navigate to settings>>>apps>>>playstore. With voice enabled you should be able to open it that way as well.
