I had the same problem until I unabled Real Debrid and then enabled All Debrid. It worked.

Can you provide contact info? I looked all over and could not find any way to contact them for a refund. Iām paid up until April 2025.
Just an update on torbox, i have downgraded from the standard plan (5 connections)to essential plan(3 connections), as the max connections per plan only applys to torrents you are downloading, not cached torrents you are watching, which you can have infinite connections.
So it works out at Ā£18.13 per year.
Its still not working yet but new servers coming Monday.
Can you provide instructions on how you were able to open a ticket?
Dumb question but on both premiumize and all debrid websites how do you log out after loggin in?
Donāt see a log out option on either one ?
On Premiumize.me you just select Account from the 3 horizontal lines at top right and right below your customer ID is an option to log out.

Log in to your account, select help , type in refund , then a block will come up contact us, select , type in your request for refund due to them shutting down. Thatās what worked for me. Disregard the 14 day deal if you get it and just contact them

Real Debrid is still working on the latest version of Fen Light which is apparently the last version. Tikipeter is stepping out.
Are you getting Cached or Uncached results?

Last night I was loading new releases and any I tried worked flawlessly. I have not had 1 glitch since all this real debrid is down talk 
ā¦ I do run rd behind a vpn, not sure if thats why?.. all I know its bidnez as usual

Latest version of Umbrella works again with RD. Release notes refer to a workaround for RD. Results no longer specify cached or uncached torrents, but instead say " unchecked". Plenty of results and smooth streaming, at least for the time being.

OK, well that didnāt last long. Still getting plenty of RD links, but nothing will play. Notification box says āService Unavailableā. Back to the drawing board. 
Iām pretty sure the work around for the Umbrella & Fen Lite updates is simply presetting the scraping options to download and then adding the link to RDās cloud storage.
Iāve tried both addons briefly. I selected a few links, let them start and then backed out. When selecting the same show, the option the shows up is the link stored in the cloud storage.
It does make it so the end users donāt have to search through the tolls menus to adjust the settings for themselves.

Yeah i found this out too. Didnt realize you already had posted here so i deleted the topic.
It was working for me about 30 mins ago but i guess its still in a āwill this work?ā phase.
Not sure if its worth it with all the eyes on RD right now. Maybe Iām being paranoid. Lol
