How to get kodi on a LG smart tv

The tv has to have the android operating system to be able to get kodi on. You not have a firestick or similar?

I have an android box for one of the tv,s but I got this LG TV for my daughter hoping i could get kodi or downloader to get different apps from it

I should of looked in to it before i picked the smart tv, not to smart on my behalf

Not to worry. Just get a firestick or onn box as MarkxG suggested.
