Is there a TV guide for the google onn tv box besides the one installed like ivue or tv guide
Thanks for the great tutorial. As instructed, i sideloaded all the app i wanted (BeeTV, TeaTV, Film Plus, IPTV Smarters) however none of the links from these apps play the chosen movie or tv show other than Smarters. Is there a settings that needs to be activated to make them work?

I’ve installed Kodi on the onn Google TV 4K pro box and it runs but it is useless to me without the advancedsettings.xml file which contains the configuration for the Kodi video and music library stored in a mysql database on my Linux server.
Google TV blocks access to the Kodi userdata folder where the advancedsettings.xml file should reside.
How do I put the advancedsettings.xml file on the onn Google TV 4K pro?

Google is releasing a new firmware upgrade for Chromecast with Google TV. This is the Android 14 update.
But this firmware includes a serious problem: it lacks H.264 hardware video decoding!
This breaks any use of this device for Digital TV services, as many of them use this codec. We do not know if this will be reversed in the future. We have no information about whether this is a bug or a feature. Therefore we will have to stay (forever) on Android version 12.
You have been warned! There is no downgrade available.
