Hi Troypoint. Just wondering if anyone is having difficulty registering with ElfHosted? I keep getting the message “Error: Please provide a valid account username.”. Tried 4 or 5 different options but to no avail
Not sure what you are doing but elfhosted doesn’t need an account. It’s just one of many addons that you install and configure. If you are referring to the API key, you get that from whatever Debrid supplier you are using. If you could give us more details such as which elf hosted addon you are trying to install, there are a few, and what device you are using and exactly how you ended up getting that message. Giving details is important and especially the steps you took to trigger that message.
Is MediaFusion torrent based?
It pulls from a number of sources, some of which are torrent based.

I am confused. I never paid for any mediafusion addon. It is a community addon in Stremio and is free. I keep seeing references to payment and yet I’ve never paid. Yes I paid for PM and add it’s API key in media fusion to authorize it, but I use MF for free.
Yes, I’d like to correct the TROYPOINT guide if possible @TROYPOINT … MediaFusion is free to use publicly (subject to generous rate-limits), the paid instance (bundled with MediaFlowProxy) gives you more features, like adding your own M3Us / indexers, live tv/events and debrid “proxystreaming” support to allow simultaneous use of your debrid credentials from multiple IPs

Ah, just noticed this. An ElfHosted username is used to generate DNS entries in Kubernetes, and so must be lower-case, alphanumeric, and beginning with a letter. Making this more obvious on the Wordpress store in on the (neverending) list!

Does it make sense to insert a debrid service in the MediaFusion Stremio Addon? If so, how is it done?
I added a debrid service in my MediaFusion. Better more stable streams. It’s done during the configuration of the addon.

Miki, I added MediaFusion and it brings up a ton of links …but, most of them can’t show the contents or the opening of the link just sits there forever. I’m not sure if it will bring up the program. How long do you wait for the program to start? I’m using Premiumize …
I cancelled RD after all the talk here, is it worth going back to them to get faster more reliable links?
I haven’t a clue what happened Mine works flawlessly and takes no more than 10 seconds to load and start, usually quicker.

Would you suggest deleting MF and then re-adding it? Would you suggest to go back to RD?
Well Bob. If you are Using Media Fusion you can delete it and start over.
Be sure to click the “Pro” button. This gives you a more thorough setup.
Now in the following screenshot I have Real-Debrid chosen, you can choose Premiuimize if that is what you want to authorize.

Miki, I have two links from MF for the movie “A ********* ********” neither one open the movie. Can you see if you can open it using PM and MF. Thanks for all your help …
