What a drag! 
Now I’m no expert but maybe try “TV Bro” browser. I’ve never really dove into using this browser app. But it’s listed as an alternative to the Downloader app. Hopefully someone can jump in and help you with this app. I’ve looked at it in the past but wasn’t certain how to use it. I did find a Youtube posting on how to use it but I could barely understand the guy’s accent.
Another idea is this tutorial that troy did several years back about JioPages. I don’t know if this still relevant but…
TVBRO works great. JIOSPHERE does not seem to work well at all. They are two different applications.
Try testing it out with monster channel .com and you will see one works while the other does not.
Where is the video fix forJio not avalable on this tv. Cant find it anywhere.
