How To Install & Setup Syncler V2 on Firestick/Android TV (2025)

You are correct. I have watched it twice. However, I can not get v2 to work as well as v1. Examples… I have RD and PM. I get few links. None are cashed. and almost no 4K links. Have I missed a setting? Is v2 a poor option to v1?

The links show up with a checkmark next to U with a lightning bolt in the middle of the U. The links can be 4K, but I thought the U symbol indicates that it is uncashed.

Yes, I am aware of this video. I have watched it 2 or 3 times. I am looking for a tutorial that identifies the best specific settings for v2 once it is installed.

I followed the Jan 8 updated video.
installed Syncler v2.0.8.13, configured Premiumize in it.
when installing vendor + run default packages,
when executed install vendor defaults,
I Get this error for all of them I try “package content invalid”.

I tried 3 packages shown in the app too. All same error.
rebooted android box same error.
configed Syncler permissions to allow storage access, same error

Same problem. Syncler update applied yesterday and my JakedUp Hybrid with Orion Panel says corrupted, and when readding, get same message, “Error: package content invalid”

I run Syncler V2 with Surfshark VPN… on an OLED LG C2 TV, Nvidia Shield Pro, and Sonos Arc Ultra and sub 4 soundbar setup. I have found it difficult to match all settings in each device to be able to play streams and take advantage of all the benefits of Dolby Vision, Atmos, Remux links, etc. I have used AI to help me with the settings.

I now experience awful freezing and stuttering issues with Exo that I never had with Just Player. Do you have any guidance for me?

Installed Syncler with Onn 4K Pro

After installing, icon was not installed on the screen with other apps. Can only open in All Apps setting.

Also, I installed on another TV and tried to add another person as described in video but would not work. What ever the other person watches appears on my Watchlist.

As long as you were using the same account, it will show up on yours also. I have my account on eight boxes and everything that everyone watches will show on all 8 devices.

As far as the app not being on the main page, I have never seen that at all that I have done. I would think once you open the app it will show on the main page with all apps.

I am getting the following error message……”Failed to initialize Syncler. Please verify your device system clock is accurate and can access app-stable-2.syncler.net and restart the app….Error: [A-100001]”. I verified the system clock is accurate and restarted the app, and it still does not work.

How do i fix this? Thanks.

Sorry, but I haven’t found this error anywhere. Syncler won’t load because:

“Failed to initialize Syncler. Please verify your system clock is accurate and can access app-stable-2.syncler.net and restart the app… Error: (A-100001) I’d love a little help please. It was working fine until just a few hours ago. Thanks.

Anyone else having issues with Syncler. I first noticed my Track wasn’t integrated. Removed, reauthorized, cleared cache and restarted app. Nothing is loading. Restarted my Onn 4k Pro device & forced update Syncler restarted my device. Links load, Movie plays for a few seconds and then drops.

It seems to be an app issue. I did a URL check and Trakt Tv is up.
Not sure what’s going on. Have troubleshot all that I know to do.

I was having issue with trakt as well, couldn’t even install it after removing it. Here’s what I did that resolved it for me anyway.

Removed Trakt. Update App. Force stopped app. Cleared cache. Reboot device. Re-install Trakt.

This brought everything back for myself, if you haven’t done this give it a try.

I did the same this afternoon to finally get it up. I had to uninstall Syncler entirely, then reboot and sign into everything.
All up and playing now.

I had trouble trying to update syncler on one of my devices removed trakt , then rebooted , then no update, finally started surfshark ,up came the update,all working now
