As noted on the tutorial, there’s an update to the url with an additional symbol character needed at the end of the script for correct recognition.

I have been trying to add another user to my syncler account, but I have not been able to figure it out. trying to look it up online but I don’t have the buttons on my syncler to match what it is telling me to do. I have the new syncler installed.
What buttons are you missing?
You should be able to hit back to open the popup menu on the left and then scroll up to your profile and click on it then on the next screen click the plus and add the Syncler account you made for them or that they already have.
If you haven’t made a Syncler account for the other profile just setup a protonmail account or something and make one for each additional user. You can also have each have their own Trakt. The syncler+ key, vendors, and debrid info will carry over from your account so you don’t have to add those again.
If you are having a problem with the login.syncler.net page going to your account use incognito since the page has to time out to log into the new account if you are already logged in.
Wondering if there will be free trial offered during holiday season. Anyone hear rumors?
Just testing syncler and found it lacking for finding anything. Setup was correct. Have Jaked set, and real debrid. But nothing works to give a link to anything.

What is going with Syncler? I keep getting an error occured when I try to open the app!
Looks like RD is having problems which spills over into Syncler if you are using and authorize RD in it’s app.

My Syncler+ account expired so I bought a new key. When I go to enter it in the app there’s no field to insert the new key.
My options are “Get Syncler+" which is highlighted but am unable to click on it. The 2nd option is restore purchase which I’m unable to toggle to.
I’m trying this on multiple devices of which one was a fresh install.

I am having difficulties with my Syncler. It seems to no longer recognize my account. The Syncler app has totally disappeared on my TV. I have tried to go into the Syncler website and it won’t even open the page so that I can log in. I have also tried to reload the app on my TV via a Firestick off Troy’s instruction. I get as far as install when I press done, it goes right back to install. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am paid up until Oct 2026, have Surfshark and Real-Debrid.

@mgier May I suggest you remove the app from your device.

If for some reason you are having issues, and are using a firestick with OS version 5 or less, the dev no longer supports that.

Two fold question. Onn 4K Pro device w/ Premiumize & Takt T.V.
First: Why is Syncler movies freezing midway through, nearly every link fails halfway through a movie?
Secondly: I have Syncler on three devices in three separate rooms each user has their own Trakt T.V. account.
However, when I install a Trakt account to a device, it installs & syncs the account to all three devices in all three rooms.
If when I install an account to another separate device, it installs (syncs) that account to all three devices canceling out the other Trakt accounts. I have been using Trakt & Syncler for over 5 years & never had this issue until I installed the upgrade. I tried going back to the old Syncler but it fails to upload every time.
Heps me somebody. I knoweth not what to do.

Good day I have Syncler installed with Real Debrid and Premiumsize and getting some episodes of Startrak Voyager with no streams whereas using Seren on Kodi gets results every time.
Any setting suggestions for Syncler to improve scraping results?

I was able to install Syncler by going into downloader and deleting all the syncler installer. But now, as I follow Troy’s instructions to add the 3rd party vendor or jackedup.com/syncler/vendor it just keeps loading-going on 15 minutes!!! What have I done wrong–granted I know nothing about tech. But I did have Syncler for a number of years, then a few days ago it just disappeared and I had to readd to my firestick. I know I did not have these issues prior. I was able to install Track and RD with ease! TIA

Just installed Syncler V2. Running it on a Shield Pro. Followed Troy’s video tutorial. I have RD and PM. Neither debrid service will give cashed links… they give primarily uncashed pirate bay links. Is there button I missed?
