Does this work with Trakt.tv? I am to assume that these links would be similar to using Read Debrid? Thanks.
The link for Cloud provider is not working.
Is there any other available?
The URL link didn’t work for me
The link Troy gives worked for me when I entered it, closed the program and then restarted.
Is there another Cloud link?
I am getting html error #429
Me too.
The HTTP 429 error, also known as “Too Many Requests,” occurs when a client has sent too many requests in a given amount of time. This is a form of rate limiting to prevent overloading the server.
Here are a few common causes and solutions:
- Repeated Requests: If you’re making too many requests in a short period, try slowing down the rate at which you’re sending them.
- Brute-Force Login Attempts: If you’re trying to log in multiple times quickly, the server might block you for security reasons.
- Server Resource Limits: If the server is under heavy load, it might temporarily block additional requests.
To resolve this, you can:
- Wait and Retry: Sometimes, the server will include a
Retry-After
header indicating how long to wait before trying again. - Reduce Request Rate: Implement a delay between requests to avoid hitting the rate limit.
- Check API Limits: If you’re using an API, ensure you’re within the allowed request limits.
After trying again got it to load.
On my connection, it is very slow. I tried a show and a movie. Clicked play, shows loading for what seems like minutes… then returns to where I started.
For me, Stremio works with a lot less hassle almost out of the box, especially following your guides.
Radim: Initially I got an error #429 when I updated the cloud provider entry, so I closed the program, reopened it, re-entered the cloud provider, then did not update, went back to home page, then closed the program.
I then re-opened the program which then updated itself automatically. I checked that the cloud entry was still listed which it was. Everything is working.
The program is fast, has many tweeks and selections (like program resolution for replay), areas etc. Once you determine your main settings just select play and it does!
I finally got it working after several attempts.
Thank you guys.
What exactly is a “cloud provider”? How would we find alternatives to the one suggested in the set-up instructions?
Cost?
It was covered in his review and on the website.
Or are you asking about Stremio?
It requires a subscription. Is it really worth it?
This seems to be a terrible application. It takes a significant amount of time to load then doesn’t play. All kinds of trouble setting up the passwords to get into it. The icloud setup doesn’t seem to work well at all.
Played with it for several hours today and just deleted it.
Enjoy
Speaking of instructional videos, you posted one a few days ago on Best Kodi Addons for Free Movies, TV, & More (January 2025) and it detailed how to set up a simple interactive channel guide for The Loop (it also mentioned DaddyLive).
The video is no longer on the page and try as I have I cannot find it anywhere on your Youtube channel or anywhere else for that matter. can you repost it? I need to run the instructions again as I think I missed a step!!
It makes looking at the TV channels far easier than scrolling through an endless list of TV channels with no description of what is playing or when. I’m new to this so be gentle!
BTW thank you for the website. I applaud you for all the info you have provided to me and thousand of users like me. You are great!
