Two things off the top of my head, first try a different browser, second, try a different QR reader.
@jkolter , are the cell phone and Onn using the same wifi, or maybe try with VPNās off (if your using them) just until everything hooks up ā¦
I have Nuvio installed and running per video, but when I run Surfshark it will not load graphics. Any suggestions.
Try running it with the Clean Web feature off in SS, and see if that helps.

Ahhh sorry I canāt help there as I gave up on Firesticks 2 years ago when Amazon started their draconian control attitude and stick modifications.
I found a bunch of ppl with the same issue. It appears to be the Android OOM system which is the low memory function. Without going into any techy details their only solution was to make sure no background apps are running, force closing Nuvio and clearing cache before you start and removing any unused apps. You may also need to use 1080 at the most or even 720 as well as making sure sources are small, say under 2.5Gbs.
Having problems have and onn box already have kodi build installed works good .Have installed Stremio it seems to working good .Have start mail, Torbox, Debridio, Surf shark, everything suggested in troypoint video went though all steps in video to install nuvio everything looked good on pc the part in video where you go from pc to tv and use downloader to install nuvio worked good also but when i went to app on tv would not play movies or anything went to settings to add torbox and got the app to scan and enter code did not work .Was expecting somewhere to enter my API from torbox had no where to enter . When though all steps again on pc and tv what am i doing wrong any help would be appreciated thanks Jerry.
Itās easier to just disconnect vpn for a little bit then they all load.
I personally will never connect to anywhere, on the net, without a functioning VPN.
Nuvio will not sync to tv tried everything on videos just will not sync anyone have any ideas to what the problem may be .
I had the exact same issue. Very frustrating. Switched off my Nord vpn and it worked like a charm. Hope this works for you.
I have Nord VPN and no problems here, but I turned off the scam and phishing protection.
I have Nuvio setup with Torrentio and torrbox on the ONN Pro.
It works fine at night and early morning but will not retrive streams during the day.
I also have stremio and STRMR and they are working with no problems
Any suggestions on fixing Nuvio?
Sounds to me like your Internet provider is doing what we call ātraffic shapingā. I donāt have any change for Nuvio at any time. I use TorBox & Premiumize, and have them integrated into Debridio and have Nord VPN. Lots of other addons as well with TB and PM. Meteor, Sootio, DuckStreams, Torrentio and Comet.
Iām so bad at thisā¦ I apologize. I added Nuvio and Real Debrid when we could;d use the Strenmio integration. Now I want to add TorBox to my addons in Nuvio, but I canāt figure out how. Can someone point me to the video or instructions for this.
