I’ve installed VPN on all my Firesticks, but I am having an issue using Amazon Video or Netflix when I don’t want to use my normal streaming apps (Morpheus, area51, beetv) Ids there a way other than disconnecting from VP

You can try turning on Split Tunneling in IPVanish settings, click System Apps and check Prime Video. Restart VPN and try again. This isn’t working on all Android devices and still in development mode. They are working on this and will get it fixed soon.
